Magic In Motion brings circus and dance communities together for an encouraging aerial arts competition festival. Studios and independent performers can showcase aerial silks, lyra, hammock, trapeze, open apparatus, dance, and acro technique in a supportive performance environment. Event dates April 9-10 2027.

Refund policy

Cancellation and Refund Terms: Attendee Cancellations: There are no cash refunds if an attendee or dancer cancels. Credit Vouchers: If you have paid your balance in full and cannot attend, you will be issued a credit voucher for the balance (valid toward future registration fees for up to one year). Event Cancellations: If we cancel the event for any reason, refunds are typically processed within 10 days of the scheduled event.

Agreements and participant waivers

The studio completes its agreement and each participant's authorized signer completes the participant forms. Studio agreements can be signed during competition registration. Participant forms remain on the preparation checklist after signup.
